1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PostCraft AI (available at postcraftai.co.in or associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

PostCraft AI provides an autonomous social media orchestrator that synthesizes user writing styles (Voice DNA), drafts posts using artificial intelligence, generates marketing graphics, and schedules posts to third-party social networks.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use the services, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments

We offer paid subscription tiers (Creator, Pro, Agency) that unlock higher post generation limits, active schedules, and multi-channel posting.

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
• Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription cycle starting from the day you upgrade.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing tab in the app dashboard. Cancellation will stop future automated renewals, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostCraft AI to generate or publish:

• Spam, bulk unsolicited posts, or content that violates social network guidelines.
• Content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Malicious code, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the security or integrity of our systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

PostCraft AI provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostCraft AI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or platform availability, arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgaum, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any substantial changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
