PostCraft AI
Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
1. Information We Collect
To deliver our social media post generation and scheduling services, we collect:
- Account Information: Your email address and passwords when creating an account.
- Voice Profile Samples: Writing samples, post scripts, and guidelines you submit during onboarding to help train the custom writing model.
- Third-Party Social Tokens: OAuth tokens, usernames, and profile metadata when you authorize our app to publish directly to LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or other social platforms.
2. How We Secure and Use Your Data
We use your data solely to customize generated posts and perform direct publishing tasks on your behalf.
- Encryption: All third-party access keys and database credentials stored in Firestore are encrypted at-rest.
- Access Restrictions: No third-party API tokens are ever sold, leased, or shared with external advertising networks.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session active and to preserve your preferred design settings (Light/Dark themes, selected visual styles like Linear Precision or Bento Neo).
4. Data Sharing and Third-Party API Integrations
PostCraft AI connects with payment gateway providers (Razorpay) and social publishing middlewares (Zernio) to facilitate transactions and posting. Data is shared with these entities only to the extent necessary to complete transaction billing and execute scheduled publishing jobs.
5. Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you request account deletion, all stored writing samples, voice DNA metrics, and third-party social connections are permanently removed from our databases. To request deletion, please contact us at PostCraftAI.co.in@Gmail.com.
6. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy page.
